THE BUBBA AND KAREN DEAGAN SCHOLARSHIP Tyler has been a Santa Gertrudis Breeders International (SGBI) member for five years. He plans to attend Hinds Community College where he will study animal science.

THE JIM CORPORRON SCHOLARSHIP Dylan joined SGBI in 2014. Since then he has participated in six National Junior Santa Gertrudis Shows. Dylan will attend Ozarka College.

Adrian Garza, Edinburg, Texas THE JOHN CARLESTON SCHOLARSHIP

THE BURTONMcDANIEL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Cooper has been an SGBI member since 2009. In his latest National Junior Santa Gertrudis Show (NJSGS), he took home the Reserve Champion Intermediate Female and the Grand Champion Bred and Owned Female. Cooper plans to attend Southwestern University where he will study pre-med.

Adrian has participated in 11 Nation- al Junior Santa Gertrudis Shows and has been a part of SGBI for 11 years. Adrian plans to attend Southwestern University where he will study business.

Sierra Sebesta, Snook, Texas THE VERNON LANE SCHOLARSHIP

THE WILSON FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP Chase has been an SGBI member for four years. This year at the NJSGS, he was awarded the Old Joe Award and the Eldon Flowers Award. He plans to attend Texas Tech University in the fall where he will study mechanical engineering.

Sierra joined the National Junior Santa Gertrudis Association (NJSGA) in 2014. She has participated in a number of contests and shows while in the association, and placed in the top five in both the video and PowerPoint presentation competitions at this year’s NJSGS. Sierra plans to attend Texas

THE CHARLIE WILLIAMWILSON, III, SCHOLARSHIP Anna has been a part of SGBI since 2017. She plans to attend Copiah Lin- coln Community College where she will study nursing.

THE DAVID HARRIS SCHOLARSHIP Caiden has been an SGBI member for 11 years. He plans to attend McNeese State where he will study agricultural business.

THE NATIONAL SANTA GERTRUDIS YOUTH FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP William has been an SGBI member for seven years. He plans to attend Weatherford College in the fall where he will study music.

Cory has been an SGBI member since 2011. Recently, he took first place at the NJSGS in the PowerPoint presentation competition. He plans to attend Texas State Technical College where he will study welding and diesel mechanics.
