Results from genomic profiles that characterize many traits, up to 16 traits in some cases, can appear overwhelming. Luckily, genomic profile results also provide selection indexes which combine the results from several traits into a single number. That selection index value can be used to rank and select the best replacement heifer candidates from your herd.
