The 2021 South Texas Heritage Sale was held Nov. 20 at the Richard Bouchard Fairgrounds in Robstown, Texas. Forty-four buyers and many bidders participated. San Jose Cattle Company provided a delicious lunch for all sale and show participants, and 80 head of cattle sold. The high-selling lot, open heifer Red Doc 0544, was consigned by Red Doc Farm, Belen, N.M., and sold to Double Barrel Cattle Co., Crosby, Texas, for $14,500. The volume buyer
