Joe was raised on cattle ranches and is very knowledgeable about the industry. Angela is responsible for maintaining the cattle company’s books. Five J’s Market In addition to the cattle production aspect of the business, the Standley’s operation also has a beef production entity. Jody’s mother, Kim, and Angela are instrumental on the beef production side of the business, managing meat locker orders, as well as inventory and sales to their many market customers. Angela also manages advertising for meat sales. Five J’s has its North Carolina Meat Handler’s License, enabling them to sell beef by the pound. As the opera-
