This is a First at 5J’s Cattle Co. to come to the Farm and pick from the entire 2025 Spring born Star 5 Santa Gertrudis x Hereford Red Mott Calf Crop! Each year this group of heifer calves has produced Star 5 Show Prospect Sale Toppers across the Country, Purple Reign Sale, Banners & Buckles, South Texas Heritage Sale and others. In the past this group has produced the 2023 Reserve National Champion Star 5 Female at the Dixie National in Jackson, MS and many other Champions and Class Winners! This group will be sired by Red Doc Never Sank, Red Carpet, Gentleman Jack, Jack of All Traits H81, Hefte H79 and 5J’s John Gotti. You will have the opportunity to come pick from 30-40 Spring born calves. Pick will not have to be made until Fall 2025 weaning.
