He’s a 2017 model and stands 15.2hh, weighing in at around 1300 lbs. Blue came to us a few summers ago from an older gentleman, a good friend of ours, who raised him. We were set to put a good start on him and he was going to go on to be his personal horse. While he was with us the gentleman had some major health issues that forced him to cut back on almost all horses. That is why Blue is now available for sale. We gave him a very slow and correct start which has molded him into the great horse he is today! We have used him in the pasture gathering and checking pairs and ponying colts. We had fun showing him in the reining and ranch riding classes this summer, he is as easy to ride as he looks. You do not need to be an expert rider, he will teach you how a broke horse should feel. Jasper is sweet and kind to be around, likes attention, and has exceptional manners. He rides great out on the trails, along the highway and through the fields. He is traffic safe, great with obstacles, tarps, big bouncy ball, and will take everything you throw at him in stride.
