Undoubtedly, one of the most bewildering questions I have is, how did a heifer lead to such life altering effects? After examining this question, the answer is simple. This transformation was due to incredible people, unforgettable experiences and the Junior Braunvieh Association of America (JBAA).

Three years ago, I didn’t realize that my introduction to the Braunvieh breed would be as impactful as it has been. This once unimaginable impact was created by the Junior Braunvieh Association of America. This organiza tion strives to assist in creating educated, responsible and motivated beef industry leaders. The JBAA aims to aid this growth by offering educational opportunities, de veloping leadership skills and allowing its members to ex plore career opportunities. The JBAA mission is reflected in my metamorphic experience and countless others. To me, this organization was the catalyst that sparked my passion for the cattle industry.
